OUR PROJECT

We use Ancient Pot Distillation method to make our Baijiu. The Ancient Pot Distillation method prevailed in the early Ming Dynasty. It 

placed a large pot directly on the alcoholsteamer and put cold water in the pot to circulate.    The heat in the alcohol steamer will 

vaporized and condensed fermented grains into liquid Baijiu. The method allows themiscellaneous flavor become volatile and alcohol 

body is clearer, also the flavor is full and coordinated .
