Located in the ecological and cultural zone of Taiyi Lake International Winery, Rushan City, Weihai City, Mahlar Chateau has selected more than 500 acres of vineyards on the basis of the principle of "the best among the best", and has planted Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and other high-quality wine grapes as its exclusive planting base. Only imported grape varieties are used here, and the production is strictly controlled. After aging in French oak barrels, the grapes are placed on the market through a final modern bottling line.

Relying on the excellent grape planting environment and centered on the ecologically beautiful Taiyi Lake, Mahlar Chateau provides a unique environment for the cultivation and growth of wine grapes. It has a typical continental climate, cold in winter and hot in summer, concentrated precipitation, four distinct seasons, drought, little rain, intense sunshine and big temperature difference between day and night, which is very suitable for the cultivation of wine grapes. Under the professional guidance of famous wine scholars such as Gerard Gauling and Gill Poulge, we strictly follow the rules of wine production from grape variety selection, grape planting, grape cultivation to wine making.
